Kroniz provides a subscription cloud ERP platform. Your subscription plan determines the modules, user seats and limits available to your organisation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for the actions of users you invite into your workspace. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.
Trials are free for the stated period and may be converted, extended or expired at the end of the trial. Paid subscriptions renew per the billing cycle you select and may be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled from your billing settings.
Your organisation's data belongs to your organisation. We store it in an isolated database for your organisation, back it up regularly, and provide export on request. See our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the service available and secure, schedule maintenance where practical, and may improve or modify features over time.
